I have very similar sentiments to what has already been said. I hadn't driven past Orinda Grove before, but made sure to go through it because I really haven't really spent much time in that area. And I, in terms of the development, it doesn't look like it— it could have been developed anywhere. I think I've lived in Orinda for about 2 years now, and I've read through a lot of the historical documents from previous community engagements. And one thing that seemed to repeatedly come up as a theme was around the landscape and the beauty of Orinda, which is really core to what makes Orinda Orinda.

I think standards, having comprehensive standards are important because some of the most successful communities are ones that have a lot of standards to ensure that the design meets the quality that the community wants to have.
