As the liaison for Town Council, a member of Marine Clean Energy Board, thank you for walking us through rate reductions. I'd say kind of future forward, is that a trend that we could expect further rate reductions or being able to get close to PG&E's rates in the years going forward?

Do a lot of technical project work, and rehearsing things like this is also just a good practice.
