How we know
'Named' counts meetings where our voice check put this member's name on their speech. It is not attendance: a member can attend and not speak, or speak in a stretch we couldn't name. More on how we count

What Brian Dolan said
This whole idea of an outside treasurer just seems goofy and outdated to me. But having a, a financial advisory board of some sort does make some sense. I, I just don't think we can count on people volunteering at this point, and I think we should change the rules and then maybe work on that. That's my thoughts.Brian DolanVice Mayor · Moraga Town Council · Aug 26, 2026Watch the full meeting from 31:25
