How we know
'Named' counts meetings where our voice check put this member's name on their speech. It is not attendance: a member can attend and not speak, or speak in a stretch we couldn't name. More on how we count

What Anna Radonich said
I do understand there's a lot of history with this parcel, but it is zoned for residential development. And I don't know if I said this or not, but I do appreciate that you did speak with the neighbors. We don't always have that, and it seems to go better when neighbors are speaking.Anna RadonichCommissioner · Lafayette Planning Commission · Jun 16, 2025Watch the full meeting from 1:18:07
We've heard a lot of comments about safety on Sessions Road. From what I have heard from the previous six sessions that I've attended and tonight, I personally do not feel that this house that's being proposed affects the safety of Sessions Road and the ability for vehicles to access Sessions Road.
Anna RadonichCommissioner · Lafayette Planning Commission · Jun 16, 2025Watch the full meeting from 1:17:14I am glad to hear that you and the applicant have discussed maybe other planting options that could create more privacy, especially given the vehicle and trucks are typically taller with the headlights would be higher up. I will, down the road, ask staff or the applicant.

That if more theater parking was needed, that it could trickle into their own spaces on a separate parcel. What I'm hearing from staff though is that that is not currently proposed from the project. Okay, thank you.
